Truly new coffee experience
The main goal
While working on already existing infrastructure, my goal was to deliver new features, scale the possibilities, and improve existing user flows of the app, marketplace, and admin panel.
Process
With an excellent team of professionals, we mainly improved the application, simplified user flows based on user feedback, and accelerated the processes of choosing, ordering, and making coffee.
I also worked on the website; we reviewed several iterations of the coffee machine's subscription managing page and checkout pages, created a blog, and added several features to the admin panel.
I also tried to organize and unify Figma's components and project. Beside, I created icons, illustrations, and prototypes for testing.
