Professional life?

Sometimes, there are no metrics or strict requirements, so the designer must move on to his vision and gut feeling. I found my strength in this understanding and finding a balance between what needs to be done and what would be important for the user, keeping in mind business goals.

Balance is a key. While I value my time and the time of the people I work with, I focus on smart work over hard work, while I can also "get stuck" iterating on small features or details perfecting them. So, I'm pretty comfortable in fast-paced environments, changing requirements, and being a jack of all trades. But ultimately, we are all driven by the results we see and the positive impact our work has on people's lives, which we can measure or hear, so I believe designers have to have the freedom to make this impact.

I am in my natural habitat

Personal life?

I prioritize exploring new experiences and diving deeply into each. Now I can't live without nature, designing, photographing on film and filming, cycling, cars, vinyl, traveling, sports, and, most importantly, my family.
