The opportunity to work closely with stakeholders enabled the clarification of processes, the identification of pain points, and the development of clear and efficient workflows informed by these insights.
Challenges
Integrating the daily operations of various company departments into a single page, displaying a substantial amount of necessary data without relying on horizontal scrolling or removing essential information, all while maintaining consistency and usability.
Result
After nine months of work on the design system and ERP redesign, we delivered a scalable product that saves time and generates significant value. Document automation alone brought the company over $300,000 in the first week by identifying missed documents and highlighting approaching deadlines.
